South African genre-bending artist Money Badoo (real name Jade Alves) has dropped her latest track, DNCE Freestyle, a bold fusion of kasi hip hop energy with international electronic and trap influences. Released via Lady of the House on 26 October 2025, the freestyle reimagines one of her favorite house tracks, flipping it into a fresh, experimental soundscape that celebrates nightlife, movement, and creative freedom.

Born and raised in Ennerdale, Johannesburg, Money Badoo grew up in a creative household that shaped her artistic outlook. Starting out in church choirs at age 12 before transitioning into poetry and rap, she quickly carved a niche as a rapper, singer, stylist, and creative director.
